FAQs

Do you accept insurance?

No, I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide you with a Superbill (an invoice for out-of-network reimbursement) that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Not all insurance providers accept Superbills, so please contact your insurance to inquire about whether yours does.

How long are therapy sessions?

Each therapy session is 45 minutes in length. For ease of transition – both before and after each session – I suggest you reserve an hour.

Longer sessions may be offered when appropriate.

How often do we meet?

We meet once per week, so you can get the most out of your sessions. Research has shown that consistency is key to therapy being effective and creating the long-lasting change you are hoping for. As time goes on and you make progress, we can evaluate when to change the rhythm.

What are your hourly fees?

My current rate is $200 per hour.

I do offer a limited number of sliding-scale options, which may allow you to access my services at a reduced rate based on your financial needs. If you are interested in a sliding-scale spot, please reach out.

What states can you see clients in?

Currently, I can provide services to anyone residing in California. If you live in Pasadena or the surrounding areas, you are welcome to come in-person to my office. If your situation calls for it, I offer telehealth sessions.
